After creating a custom registration form to collect information from attendees when they register, you can access and edit their answers. This guide explains how to do edit registration form answers in the Event Dashboard.
Tip: When hosting a Hybrid or Onsite event, you can also view and edit the registration from answers in the Organizer app. To learn more, refer to our guide on Viewing and editing attendee information in the Organizer app.
To edit registration form answers:
- Go to Event Dashboard > Registration > Registrants.
- Use the search bar and filter option to find your registrant.
- Hover over the selected registrant, click the Menu icon ••• and select See details.
- In the Registration details window, go to Form Answers.
✔ Here, you can view their answers to the custom questions. - Click Edit details to make changes.
- Adjust the existing answers by typing a new answer, selecting/deselecting options, choosing a new option from a drop down list, or selecting a new date, depending on the types of questions included.
- Once ready, click Save.
Note: Ensure all required question are filled in to be able to save the changes.
