This guide explains how to switch the kiosk mode in the RingCentral Events Organizer mobile app.
Note: Kiosk mode is only available on tablets. You will not see this option when using a smartphone.
Important: You need to create and configure your kiosks on the backends first.
To access kiosk mode:
- Tap the Menu icon and go to Kiosk check-in.
- Select a kiosk from the list.
- Enter a configured or temporary password.
Note: The password will be used to log out from the kiosk mode.
- Now, attendees can start checking in independently and you will see your configured Kiosk start screen.
