Segment registrations report

The Segment registrations report lists registrants who booked a seat in an onsite segment, including possible check-in and check-out times. 

Note: This report doesn't include users registered under a Virtual ticket to the event. Only attendees with hybrid or onsite tickets can book seats in onsite segments. 

Downloading the report

To download the Segment registrations report:

  1. Go to Event Dashboard > Analytics > Reports.
  2. Find the Segment registrations report and click Generate CSV.


  3. Once you have generated the report, click Download CSV.


  4. Alternatively, go to the Downloads tab to find your report at the top of the list. Hover over the report and click the Download icon.

Note: Generated reports are available for download for one week. After that, you'll need to generate a new report.

Report overview

Here is an example of how the Segment registrations report may look like:

  • Email
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Headline: The attendee’s profile headline.
  • Country/Region: The attendee’s country (based on their IP address; may be inaccurate).
  • Ticket Type: Name of the ticket associated with this registration. 
  • Segment Title: Name of schedule item where the attendee booked a seat.
  • Segment Type: Name of the event area associated with the schedule item (Sessions, Stages, Networking, Expo).
  • Segment Format: Virtual, Hybrid, or Onsite.
  • Virtual Space (applied to Hybrid schedule items): Name of the specific Stage, Session room, or Expo Booth associated with the schedule item.
  • Segment Registration Status: Indicated if the attendee attended the segment.
    • Registered: the attendee booked a seat.
    • Attended: the attendee booked a seat and checked in to the segment.
  • Segment Registration Time: Date and time the attendee booked a seat in the segment.
  • Event First Check-in: Type of check-in the attendee first performed at a segment (virtual or onsite).
  • Event Checked-in Time: Date and time when the attendee checked in at a segment in person for the first time. 
  • Event Check-out Time (approximated): Date and time when the attendee checked out from a segment. If the last check-out time is not tracked, this value corresponds to the segment end time.
  • Event Minutes Spent (approximate): Minutes spent by the attendee at a segment in person, calculated by the time from the first check-in to the last check-out. If the last check-out time is not tracked, the segment end time is used as the last check-out.
