When attending an event in person, you might need to perform self-check-in using a kiosk arranged by the Organizer at various checkpoints. This guide explains how to use kiosk to check in for an onsite or hybrid event and where to find your QR code.
Checking in
To check in at a kiosk:
- Kiosk experience may have different design. On a check-in screen, tap Start or another designated button as indicated.

Scan your QR code ticket.
Alternatively, tap Search by name to find your registration on the list.

You might be shown your details. Here, you have the flexibility to customize your badge name and change/add their registration form responses. Make the necessary adjustments and tap Next.

If enabled, you might be prompted to review and sign some conditions. Fill the box with your signature and tap Next.
- That's it! If you have been able to sign in successfully you will be shown the following screen:
Where do I find my QR code?
The QR code is included into your registration confirmation email along with the event details and your personalized Magic Link link to enter the event. Head to your mailbox to find it.
Alternatively, you can find it in the Attendee mobile app. Enter the event and tap your Profile icon in the top left corner. Under Personal, click Ticket to display your QR code:
