When attending an onsite event using the RingCentral Events Attendee app, you might occasionally lose your signal, especially if you're moving around. Fortunately, the app allows you to access critical aspects of the event even when you're offline, ensuring you don't miss anything important.
Important: You must register for the event and be inside the event on the mobile app to access the offline features. Offline access is not available from the event landing page.
Here are the event sections that you can access offline:
- Lead retrieval: If you are an Exhibitor, you can still add and edit leads offline and the changes will sync up when you have a connection again. To learn more, refer to our guide Exhibitors: Using the RingCentral Events Attendee app.
- Floor plans: To access the floor plans, tap Explore > Floor plan. To learn more, refer to our guide Attendee app: Accessing the floor plans.
- Schedule list: To see what is happening throughout the event, tap Schedule.
- Speaker list: To access the list of speakers presenting at the event, tap Explore > Speakers.
- Your QR code: To access your QR code, tap your Profile icon in the top left corner. Under Personal, tap Ticket.
Note: If you attempt to access a section that isn’t available offline, the app will display a notification screen indicating that the content is unavailable without an internet connection.
