Organizer app: Managing attendee details

This guide explains how to review attendee details, customize their badge name, edit registration form answers and change ticket type in the RingCentral Events Organizer mobile app

Note: Only registrants with a hybrid or onsite ticket type will be visible in the Organizer app.

Searching for an attendee

To find an attendee, use the search bar at the top. You can search by first name, last name, or email. 

Alternatively, tap the Filter icon to filter attendees by their ticket type or check-in status and sort them by their name or status. 

     

Viewing attendee details

To access an attendee's details, tap on the selected attendee on the list.

In the Attendee information, you can find their name, email, badge name and custom form questions.

     

In the Registration information, you can find their QR code and see which ticket they are registered with. To preview and print the badge, tap Badge preview

Editing badge name

If the badge name needs to differ from the registration name for privacy or other reasons, you can easily make changes in the Organizer app before printing out the badge. 

  1. Tap on the selected attendee on the list.
  2. Go to Attendee Information.
  3. Under Editable Badge Name, tap the corresponding field and adjust the text.
         

Editing registration form answers

If you've set up a custom registration form for your event, you can edit attendee responses using the Organizer app.

  1. Tap on the selected attendee on the list.
  2. Go to Attendee information.
  3. Under Custom Questions, tap the answer you'd like to add or change.
         

  4. If it's a text-based question, adjust the text. 
  5. If it's a single or multi-select question, select/deselect options in a pop-up.
         

Changing ticket type

You can change the attendee's ticket type using the Organizer app to instantly grant access to exclusive areas and sessions reserved for specific ticket types. 

  1. Tap on the selected attendee on the list.
  2. Go to Registration information.
  3. Tap Ticket type and select a different ticket.
    Note: You can only change to a free hybrid/onsite ticket type. Your virtual and paid tickets will not be listed here.
