When your schedule is still work-in-progress, you can control its visibility on the Landing page (classic layout) and within the event. This guide explains how to hide the entire schedule and individual segments.
Notes:
- If a segment is added to My Agenda tab, it will still be visible in My Agenda even when the segment is hidden in the schedule. However, attendees will not be able to access it.
- Sessions set to "Scheduled" in the Session settings will not be visible in the Sessions area of a multi-track event if the associated schedule segment is hidden.
- There will be no "live" tags displayed throughout the event if schedule is hidden.
Hiding the entire schedule
To manage the visibility of the entire schedule:
- Go to Event Dashboard > Venue > Schedule in a multi-track event or Event Dashboard > Setup > Schedule in a Webinar event.
- Toggle off/on Show schedule in event. This option is available in both table and calendar view.
Note: This option is enabled by default, so your schedule is visible unless you disable it.
