This guide explains how to install the Conferences i/o app on your Organization account and add it to your event.

What is Conferences i/o?

Conferences i/o is an audience engagement platform used to automate the attendance tracking process and issue CE certificates. You’ll need a paid Conferences.io license to use this app. You can request a quote from Conferences i/o here.

How does the integration work?

Conferences i/o can be embedded into the activity panel of a Stage, Session, Expo Booth, or Reception enabling attendees to complete an activity within RingCentral Events without leaving the platform. Based on the activity results, you can issue CE certificates.

Note: RingCentral Events shares the attendee’s first name, last name and e-mail with Conferences i/o.
