If you have been added as a team member to an Organization, you will need to accept the invite to start helping with events. This guide explains how to accept an Organizer invitation and sign up for a RingCentral Events account if needed.
Important: Ensure the person adding you has your correct email address. If you already have a RingCentral Events account, use the email address associated with your account to simplify the process.
Accepting an invitation
Whether you have a RingCentral Events account or not, you will receive an email inviting you to join the Organization. Click Go to RingCentral to get redirected to the RingCentral Events sign-in page. You will need to sign in or create an account with the same email address the invite was sent to.
Once you are signed in, you will see the invitation in the header of your Profile Dashboard. Click Accept invitation to get started!

Creating a RingCentral Events account
To create a RingCentral Events account:

On the Sign-in page, click Create an account to be redirected to the Sign-up page.
(Or access the Sign-up page via the direct link).

Enter your email address and click Continue to Sign up.
- Enter your details and create a password. Alternatively, select the Sign in using a single-use code emailed to you check box to opt into using a One Time Passcode.

Once ready, click Sign up.
✔ You will be prompted to verify your account and will get signed in.
