Managing an installed app

This guide explains how to edit and uninstall apps installed on your Organization account. 

Note: Apps are installed at the Organization level. Depending on the app, configuration may be required, or the app may need to be added to a specific event. For more information about available apps, refer to our guide Which Apps are available on RingCentral Events? 

To manage an installed app:

  1. In case you have several Organizations, click the Profile icon and select your Organization from the list.


  2. In the Organization Dashboard, go to the Apps tab.

  3. Under Installed apps, locate the app you would like to edit.
  4. In the Options drop-down, you may find the following actions:
    • Edit Configuration: Opens a new browser tab for apps that require mapping or configuration. You can edit the app settings here.
    • View in App Store: Opens the app’s page in the App Store to learn more about the app's features.
    • Usage Guide: Opens a dedicated guide on how to install and use this app in your event. 
    • Help & Support: Opens the app's Help Center for additional support or troubleshooting.
    • App Website: Redirects you to the app's official website.
    • Uninstall: Removes the app from your Organization account.
