This guide explains how to edit and uninstall apps installed on your Organization account.
Note: Apps are installed at the Organization level. Depending on the app, configuration may be required, or the app may need to be added to a specific event. For more information about available apps, refer to our guide Which Apps are available on RingCentral Events?
To manage an installed app:
- In case you have several Organizations, click the Profile icon and select your Organization from the list.
- In the Organization Dashboard, go to the Apps tab.
- Under Installed apps, locate the app you would like to edit.
- In the Options drop-down, you may find the following actions:
- Edit Configuration: Opens a new browser tab for apps that require mapping or configuration. You can edit the app settings here.
- View in App Store: Opens the app’s page in the App Store to learn more about the app's features.
- Usage Guide: Opens a dedicated guide on how to install and use this app in your event.
- Help & Support: Opens the app's Help Center for additional support or troubleshooting.
- App Website: Redirects you to the app's official website.
- Uninstall: Removes the app from your Organization account.
