If you have installed an App to use on the RingCentral platform, you may need to update it if there are ever updates. Previously, this would mean uninstalling and reinstalling the App, however, now you can do it via the Apps tab in your Organizer Dashboard.
You can also use this process to Uninstall an app, view the usage guide and even visit the App's website.
Head to your Organizer dashboard and head over to the Apps tab at the top of the page. Here, find the app that you would like to edit and click Edit Configuration. This will open up a new window where you can edit the Setup for the App.
From this dropdown menu, you can also:
- View in App Store
- View the Usage guide
- Visit the App Website
- Uninstall the app from your Organizer account
