This guide explains how to add floor plans to help your in-person attendees navigate around your Hybrid or Onsite event.
Note: You can upload up to 10 floor plan images.
To add a floor plan:
- Go to Event Dashboard > Onsite > Floor Plans.
- Click Add Floor Plan.
- In the Floor plan settings, enter the name of your floor plan and upload an image (PNG, JPG or PDF under 2MB).
- Click Save.
Once added, floor plans will be listed on this page. Here’s what you can do:
- Reorder: Drag and drop a floor plan listing to change its order.
- Preview: Click Preview Floor Plan to open the uploaded image in a new tab.
- Edit: Hover over the listing and click the Pencil icon to edit a floor plan.

Delete: Hover over the listing and click the Bin icon to delete a floor plan.
Note: Attendees registered under a hybrid or onsite ticket can access floor plans in the RingCentral Events Attendee app. As an Organizer, you will not see the plans in your Attendee app.
