Whether you're using Calendar view or Table view, you can easily duplicate a schedule segment.

Note: When duplicating segments, be sure that the segment fits within the timeframe of the day you are duplicating it to. For example, you cannot copy a segment that runs until 5 PM from one day of your event to the last day of your event which ends at 10 AM.
  • Go to your Event Dashboard > Venue > Schedule to view the Schedule for your event.

Make sure that you have selected Table from the options at the top of the screen.

Click or scroll at the top to look at the Schedule on different dates.

Next, select which Schedule segments you would like to duplicate by selecting the relevant boxes on the left-hand side of each segment. Once you have made your selection, click Duplicate.

This will open up a new panel where you can select the following:

    • Which day you would like to add the duplicated segments to
    • How many copies you would like to make

Click Duplicate once you have finished and you will see your duplicated segments on the dates of your choice.

  • Go to your Event Dashboard > Venue > Schedule to view the Schedule for your event.

Make sure that you have selected Calendar from the toggle at the top of the screen.
