This guide explains how to install the Buzz Radar app on your Organization account and add it to your event.

What is Buzz Radar?

Buzz Radar is an AI-driven social intelligence tool used for analyzing social media conversations and creating insights. You’ll need a Buzz Radar license to use this app. Check out their pricing plans and order form here (Hopin is the former name of RingCentral Events).

How does the integration work?

Buzz Radar can be integrated into the App area of your event to create real-time interactive visualizations from the social data generated by your event. You can build and customize from a library of over 50 visualizations and leverage AI moderation tools to decide what is displayed.

Note: RingCentral Events and Buzz Radar do not exchange any attendee data.
