Setting up Funtivity on the RingCentral platform

How do I request a quote from Funtivity?

You’ll need a Funtivity license. You can request a quote form Funtivity on their website.

What are the capabilities of the Funtivity app?

Funtivity by Hermis has a plethora of activities & content that can be used to engage attendees during Conference breakout sessions. Our curated selection of games & activities are ideal team building, conference breakouts, employee onboarding, and more.

This app is currently only available within the Reception, Stage, Session and Booth areas of RingCentral.

What plans is the Funtivity app available on?

This app is available to all paid RingCentral plans. 

What attendee data is shared between the Funtivity app and RingCentral?

RingCentral shares the attendee’s first name, last name and e-mail with the Funtivity app.

How do I set up the Funtivity app?

To get started, you will need to install the Funtivity app to your RingCentral Organization. You can access the app store by going to your Organization Dashboard and heading to the Apps tab. Then click on Discover More on App Store.

Make a note of the Event ID and Password.

Next, head back to your RingCentral event and go to your Event Dashboard > Venue > Stage (or Session/Reception/Booth) and choose the stage (or Session/Reception/Booth) you would like to add the Funtivity app to. 

Scroll down to the "Apps" section and fill in the fields using the Event Id and Password you received from Funtivity. Make sure you check the box under "Enabled."

Click Save and your attendees will see the Funtivity tab within the specified Stage (or Session/Reception/Booth) of your event.
