What are the capabilities of the Webooth app?
- The World’s only multi-user photobooth and robust trivia games with backend analytics.
- Customizable, brandable games with high-score leaderboards.
- Now you can mint NFTs right inside of WeBooth! This includes minting of photobooth content, awards, and much more.
This is currently only available within the App area of RingCentral.
What plans is the Webooth app available on?
This app is available to the RingCentral Events Business plan.
What attendee data is shared between the Webooth app and RingCentral?
RingCentral and the Webooth app do not share any attendee data between them.
How do I set up the Webooth app?
You’ll need a Webooth license to use this app. Request a quote here.
To get started, you will need to install the Webooth app to your RingCentral Organization. You can access the App Store by going to your Organization Dashboard and heading to the Apps tab. Then click on Discover More on App Store.
You can find Webooth under the Fun & Games category. Click Install app to add the Webooth app to your Organization.
Next, navigate to your Webooth get the public URL of your Campaign and paste it into a text editor.
You will need to find the Campaign Name and Activity. These fields are in bold in the example below.

Make a note of the Campaign Name and Activity codes.
Next, head back to your RingCentral event and go to your Event Dashboard > Venue > App and:
- Select Webooth as the App for the area.
- Input the Campaign Name and Activity you obtained above.
- Input the Menu Label for the App area.
Click Save and your attendees will see the App area in the left panel of your event.
