Joining the registration waitlist

If an event has sold out of tickets, you may have an option to join a waitlist. This guide explains how to get added to the waitlist for the event and to be notified if tickets become available.

To join the waitlist:

  1. Go to the event landing page. Landing pages may have different designs, but most likely, you'll need to click Register to get started.
  2. In the Registration widget, click Get on waitlist next to the ticket you're interested in.


  3. Enter your name and email address. Once ready, click Confirm.
    ✔ You will see a confirmation that you have been added to the waitlist for this event.

When tickets become available, you'll be automatically notified via email, so you can come back to the event landing page and complete your registration.

Note: Event hosts may also use your contact details to get in touch with you directly regarding your registration.

Important: Joining the waitlist does not guarantee you will automatically receive a ticket when they become available. You will still need to manually register for the event. Additionally, receiving a notification that tickets are available does not ensure that tickets will still be available when you access the registration page, as it operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
