Updating your Organization profile

Organization profile details (such as name, logo, email, description and social links) are referenced on the event landing page, inside the event venue, and in the event emails. Keeping these details updated is important so attendees can contact you if they encounter any issues with your event(s). This guide explains how to change your Organization profile.

Tip: If you don't have Organization yet, refer to our guide on Creating an Organization.

To update your Organization profile:

  1. In case you have several Organizations, click the Profile icon and select your Organization from the list.

  2. In the Organization Dashboard, click the Profile icon and click Manage Organization.

  3. In the Profile tab, you can update the Organization's name, associated email address, description, profile picture, and social links.
  4. Once ready, click Save.
