Scheduled meetings report

  • Updated

The Scheduled meetings report lists all 1:1 meetings scheduled planned during your event, including participants, meeting duration, and whether the meeting was accepted and/or held.

Important notes:
  • This report also includes meetings with Exhibitors and Organizers.
  • Each meeting generates at least two rows in the report.
  • If the meeting creator is also a participant, the first row lists both the creator and the recipient as the same person, with subsequent rows for each additional recipient.
  • Organizers can create meetings between other attendees without participating themselves. In this case, the organizer is listed as the creator, with each row representing different recipients.
  • Up to 20 participants can be invited, resulting in more rows per meeting.
  • Individual meetings can be identified using the "Created At" or "Meeting Title" columns.
