  • Updated

The Time spent online per segment report lists all attendees and the amount of time they spent in a specific schedule segment in your event.

Tip: For overall time spent in the event or specific areas, refer to the Time spent online report.

Important notes:

  • This report doesn't include Organizers and Exhibitors.
  • This report doesn't include in-person attendance. It only tracks virtual attendance.
  • For this report to be accurate, you need to have your schedule properly set up. Go to Event Dashboard > Venue > Schedule to ensure each schedule item is associated with the respective session or stage broadcast.
  • Time spent online is based on the attendee's online presence, not actual interaction. If an attendee loses their network connection, it may take up to ten minutes for them to be marked as offline.
