The Time spent online report lists all attendees and the amount of time they spent in your event or in a specific event area (Stage, Session or Expo booth).
Tip: For time spent in a specific schedule segment, refer to the Time spent online per segment report.
Important notes:
- This report doesn't include Organizers and Exhibitors.
- This report doesn't include in person attendance. It only tracks virtual attendance.
- Time spent online is only tracked during event live hours and Early Access hours. If an attendee joined the waiting room or post-event Replay experience, that time is not included in the report.
- Time spent online is based on the attendee's online presence, not actual interaction. If an attendee loses their network connection, it may take up to ten minutes for them to be marked as offline.
