The Survey feedback report includes mid-event and post-event survey results from your attendees.
Note: This report doesn't include responses from Organizers.
Tip: By default, attendees receive two surveys when attending an event: a mid-event and a post-event survey. You can customize, reschedule or disable both surveys.
Downloading the report
To download the Survey feedback report:
- Go to Event Dashboard > Analytics > Reports.
- Find the Survey feedback report and click Generate CSV.
- Once you have generated the report, click Download CSV.
- Alternatively, go to the Downloads tab to find your report at the top of the list. Hover over the report and click the Download icon.
Note: Generated reports are available for download for one week. After that, you'll need to generate a new report.
Report overview
Here is an example of how the Survey feedback report may look like:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Headline: The attendee’s profile headline.
- Country/Region: The attendee’s country (based on their IP address; may be inaccurate due to VPN/Proxy usage).
- Ticket Type: The name of the ticket associated with this registration.
- How likely are you to recommend this event to a friend or colleague? (mid event): Presented as a score from 1 to 10 (this question is customizable).
- How likely are you to recommend this event to a friend or colleague? (post event): Presented as a score from 1 to 10 (this question is customizable).
- How likely are you to recommend to a friend or colleague that they attend an event hosted on RingCentral Events? (post event): Presented as a score from 1 to 10.
- What did you like about the event? (post event): Open-ended (this question is customizable).
- What didn't you like about the event? (post event): Open-ended (this question is customizable).
