Online Attendee Count Over Time Report

The Online Attendee Count Over Time report contains the number of online attendees in each area of your event, sampled at one-minute intervals throughout the event duration. You can use this data to create a graph showing attendance over time, or look up attendance levels at a specific time.

Note: Organization team members and expo booth managers are included in this report. 

To download the report go to Event Dashboard > Analytics > Reports, find the Online Attendee Count Over Time report and click Generate

Once you have generated the report, you will see the Download CSV button. Clicking on this will download the report in the CSV format to your computer. 

Alternatively, go to Downloads and you should see your report at the top of the list. Hover over the report and the Download button will appear. 

Note: Reports will be available for download for a week. You will need to generate a new report after a week.  

The Online Attendee Count Over Time report will look something like this:

  • Sampled At: the time at which the count was taken
  • Segment: the event segment in which the count was taken, this can be All, Reception, Expo, Session, Stage or Networking
  • Virtual Space: the specific event area that the count was taken, for example a specific Session or Stage
  • Count: the number of attendees in that area at the given time
Note: Some analytics may be affected if Attendees and Organizers are using Ad Blockers.
