Registrants report

The Registrants report provides a list of people registered for your event, including their registration details. 

Tip: For a list of people who registered and attended your event, refer to the Attendees report. For a list of people who registered but didn't attend - to the No-shows report.

Note: This report doesn't include Organizers who join the event via the Organizer pass (by previewing it from the Event Dashboard). All registered Organizers and Exhibitors are included in the report.

Downloading the report

To download the Registrants report:

  1. Go to Event Dashboard > Analytics > Reports.
  2. Find the Registrants report and click Generate CSV.


  3. Once you have generated the report, click Download CSV.


  4. Alternatively, go to the Downloads tab to find your report at the top of the list. Hover over the report and click the Download icon.

Note: Generated reports are available for download for one week. After that, you'll need to generate a new report.

Tip: The Registrants report can also be downloaded from Event Dashboard > Registration > Registrants

Report overview

Here is an example of how the Registrants report may look like:

  • Email
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Headline: The attendee’s profile headline.
  • Country/Region: The attendee’s country (based on their IP address; may be inaccurate).
  • Ticket Type: Name of the ticket associated with this registration. 
  • Purchase Price: Price of the ticket purchased. 
  • Promo Code: Promo code applied during the registration.
  • Promo Value: Discounted amount provided by the promo code.
  • Refund Amount: Amount refunded to the attendee.
  • Registration Status: Indicates if the attendee's registration is active, was refunded or blocked.
  • Registration Source: Indicates how the attendee got registered.
    • Registration Page: Registered through the event landing page (Webinar and Virtual events).
    • Magic Link: Registered through the Magic Link invite.
    • RingCentral Registration: Registered through the event landing page (Hybrid and Onsite events).
  • Registration Mode (applies to Hybrid events only): Indicates if the attendee registered online or in person (as walk-ins through the Organizer App at the event).
  • Registration Date: Date and time when the attendee registered for the event.
  • Attendance Status: Indicates if the registrant attended the event during the live hours.
  • Attendance Type: Indicates if the attendee joined the event online or in person. For hybrid events, both values may be present (their order determines which one happened first).
  • First Attendance Time: Date and time that the registrant first accessed the event
  • Magic Link: Unique access link for the registrant. 
  • Code (applies to in-person registrants only): QR code associated with this registration. 
  • Engagement Score: Indicates attendee engagement during the event and can range from 0 to 100.
    Note: The Engagement Score is calculated from 20+ data points with different weights. Each attendee earns "engagement points”. The attendee with most engagement points receives a 100% Engagement Score, while the remaining attendees are given a percentage based on the ratio of their points against the top user. The maximum score is 100 and the minimum score is 0 (for no-show registrants).

If available, the report will include UTM parameters alongside the ticket information:

  • UTM Source
  • UTM Campaign
  • UTM Medium
  • UTM Content
  • UTM Term

If you created a custom registration from, the report will include the form answers: 

  • Custom Form Completed: Indicates if the from was completed.
  • Additional Custom Form Questions: There will be additional columns for each question you created.

Note: Analytics may be affected if users are using Ad Blockers in the browser.
