Q&As report

The Q&As report is a great resource to review all of the Q&As held within an event. You can see who asked the question, who responded, and even the times at which both occurred.

Note: This report also includes questions added by Exhibitors and Organizers.

Downloading the report

To download the Q&As report:

  1. Go to Event Dashboard > Analytics > Reports.  
  2. Find the Q&As report and click Generate CSV.


  3. Once you have generated the report, click Download CSV.


  4. Alternatively, go to the Downloads tab to find your report at the top of the list. Hover over the report and click the Download icon.

Note: Generated reports are available for download for one week. After that, you'll need to generate a new report.

Report overview

Here is an example of how the Q&As report may look like:

  • Asked At: Date and time the question was asked.
  • Asked By Email: Email of the attendee who asked the question. Will be blank, if the question was asked anonymously.
  • Asked By First Name
  • Asked By Last Name
  • Segment Type: Name of the event area where the question was asked (Stages, Sessions, Expo).
  • Virtual Space: Name of the Stage, Session room or Expo Booth where the question was asked.
  • Question: The full text of the question.
  • Upvotes: Number of votes the question received.
  • Removed By Organizer: Indicates if the question was deleted by Organizer or Moderator. If the question wasn't deleted, the field will be blank. 
  • Reply Time: Date and time the question was answered. Will be blank, if the question wasn't answered.
  • Replied By Email: Email of the user who replied.
  • Replied By First Name
  • Replied By Last Name
  • Reply: The full text of the answer.
