The Q&As report is a great resource to review all of the Q&As held within an event. You can see who asked the question, who responded, and even the times at which both occurred.
This report includes questions asked by organization team members and expo booth managers.
To download the report go to your Event Dashboard > Analytics > Reports and find the Q&As report.
Once you have generated the report, you will see the Download CSV button. Clicking on this will download the report in the CSV format to your computer.
At any time, you can also click the Downloads tab and you will see your report, where you can download or regenerate it by hovering over the report.
The report will look something like this:
- Asked At: The date and time at which the question was asked. If this field is blank, it was asked anonymously.
- Asked By Email: The email address of the person who asked the question. If this field is blank, it was asked anonymously.
- Asked By First Name: First name of the person who asked the question. If this field is blank, it was asked anonymously.
- Asked By Last Name: Last name of the person who asked the question.
- Segment Type: The event area in which the question was asked.
- Virtual Space: Name of the segment type in which the question was asked.
- Question: The full text of the question asked.
- Upvotes: How many votes the question received.
- Removed By Organizer: Will reflect "yes" if the question was deleted by an Organizer and will be blank if not. It will also remain blank if you have Moderated Q&A enabled and answer or leave the question in review and will reflect "yes" if deleted.
- Reply Time: The date and time at which the question was answered.
- Replied By Email: Email address of the person who replied.
- Replied By First Name: First name of the replier. Will be blank if question was not answered.
- Replied By Last Name: Last name of the replier. Will be blank if question was not answered.
- Reply: The full text of the answer.
