Export orders report

The Export orders report provides insights into the user experience when purchasing tickets on the event landing page. It includes data on both completed and abandoned orders, as well as bulk ticket purchases.

Downloading the report

To download the Export orders reports, go to Event Dashboard > Registration > Tickets and click Export Orders .CSV. The file will be sent to your email. 

Report overview 

Here is an example of how the Export orders report may look like:

  • Order status: Indicated if the order was completed.
    Note: Pending means that someone selected a ticket but didn't click Complete Order to finalize the registration. It's an abandoned cart metric.
  • Order completed at: Time/date the order was completed.
  • Order email: Email the order is associated with (empty for uncompleted orders).
  • Order total price: Total ticket price.
  • Stripe ID: Stripe transaction ID (applies to paid tickets only).
  • Ticket: Ticket name(s) and amount purchased.
  • Tickets sold: Total number of tickets purchased.
  • Tickets registered: Number of tickets of those sold that have been registered.

Additionally, if available, the report will include UTM parameters alongside the ticket information:

  • UTM Source
  • UTM Campaign
  • UTM Medium
  • UTM Content
  • UTM Term

Export orders report vs Registrants report

The Export orders report focuses on the user experience when purchasing a ticket on the event landing page. The report captures the order status:

  • Pending: Users didn't complete the registration and abandoned the order.
  • Completed: Users who completed the registration and purchased tickets. 

The Registrants report lists users who have completed the registration process.
