If the event organizer enables the post-event Replay feature, attendees can watch recordings of the Stage and Sessions up to a year after the event has finished. This guide explains how to access the Replay area via email or the Profile Dashboard and provides an overview of the post-event experience.
Tip: If the event venue is inaccessible after the event or no recordings are published in the Replay area, contact the event organizer to inquire about sharing the recordings with the audience.
Accessing Replay via post-event invitation email
If Replay is enabled and recordings are published, you will receive an email containing a personalized magic link to access these recordings 2 hours after the event ends. The email will specify the duration for which these recordings will remain accessible.
Click Watch recordings to get automatically signed in and brought directly to the Replay section of the event.
Accessing Replay via registration email
Your registration confirmation email should contain a personalized Magic Link. Click Enter event to get automatically signed in and brought to the event venue.
Accessing Replay via Profile Dashboard
You can also find the recordings by accessing the event from your Profile Dashboard: https://dashboard.events.ringcentral.com/attendee
From here, you will be brought to the event registration page. If the Event Organizer is using the RingCentral Events Classic registration page (refer to the screenshot below), click Watch recordings to access the event. Here, it will also say to what date the recordings are available.
Note: If no recordings are available, the message "The event is over" will appear without an option to access the event.
If the Organizer is using a custom landing page and hasn't updated the post-event access wording, you may need to click on Register or Tickets to access the registration widget and enter the event.
Accessing Replay via Attendee app
Similarly to a browser, in the RingCentral Events Attendee app (available on iOS and Android), you can access an event and the Replay area:
- Via Profile Dashboard: Open the app and sign in to your account with your standard password or One-Time Passcode sent to your mailbox. Once signed in, you will see a list of past events you attended. Tap an event to access it.
- Via Magic Link: Install the app and click on the link on your mobile device. The Magic Link will automatically open the RingCentral Events app and take you to the event's page, without having to sign in to your account.
Post-event attendee experience
Once you re-enter the event, you will notice that the tabs for Stages, Sessions, and Expo Booths are unavailable. If the organizer enables the Reception and Networking areas, including Speed Networking, they will stay accessible.
Select the Replay tab on the left-hand side. Then, use the tags at the top to find and view recordings of either the Stages or Sessions and change the layout. Click on the desired recording to watch it as many times as you like during the specified access period.
