The landing page serves as a hub where your audience can get familiar with the event and get registered. When setting up a landing page, you can use either the classic or the advanced layout. This guide explains how the Classic landing page is built.

When you create a new event, the classic layout is selected by default. It has a predefined design and automatically displays all of the available event information, so you don't need to spend time setting it up.

Event banner

To change the event banner, go to Event Dashboard > Setup > Branding. Learn more about image requirements in our guide on Changing event banner.

Registration widget

Users can review the event dates and click Register to get redirected to the Registration widget. The platform only collects the name and email, but you can add more custom questions to the registration form.

Tip: Ensure your registration settings and tickets are set up correctly before sharing the Landing page link.

Host information

The Organization name and all available contact details will be displayed in the Hosted by section. To change it, in the Organization Dashboard, click the Profile icon and click Manage Organization. In the Profile tab, you can update the Organization's name, associated email address, description, profile picture, and social links. Refer to our guide on Updating your Organization profile for detailed steps.

Description (if added)

To change the event description, go to Event Dashboard > Setup > Basics. In the Description box, you can embed widgets, videos, hyperlinks, file downloads, and extensive descriptions. Refer to our guide Customizing content and additional information areas to learn all supported customization options.

Schedule (if added)

The added schedule is displayed on the Classic landing page, just like on the Reception page. To learn more, refer to our guide on Creating a schedule.

Speakers (if added)

All existing Speaker profiles will be listed on the Classic landing page. However, you can adjust a Speaker profile's display settings to hide it from the landing page. To learn more, refer to our guide on Adding speakers.

Sponsors (if added)

All added sponsors will be listed on the Classic landing page. To learn more, refer to our guide on Adding sponsors.

Expo Booths (if added)

All existing Expo Booths will be listed on the Classic landing page. To learn more, refer to the Expo tutorial.

Sharing Landing page link

Your landing page link can be found by clicking Preview Registration at the top of the Event Dashboard or in the Overview tab.

Warning: Your registration page will not be accessible to external users until you publish your event.

Tip: You can customize your event URL and sharing snippet (the text that pops up in the browser results and in the link preview when sharing on social media).
