Exhibitors: What the Organizer needs to build your Expo Booth

Event Organizers may be building Expo Booths on behalf of their Exhibitors. This guide provides a detailed list of everything you need to provide them with to ensure your Expo Booth is set up correctly.

Here is what the Organizer will need to set up your Booth:

  • Exhibitor name (required): The name of your company, product, idea, or content. 

  • Exhibitor email (required): Your contact email address. This email address will receive all communications from attendees who express interest by clicking Register Interest.

  • Exhibitor headline: Short impactful text about your company or product, your motto or key message.

    • Mini Expo Booth headline: 195
    • Small Expo Booth headline: 45
    • Medium Expo Booth headline: 70
    • Large Expo Booth headline: 150.
  • Booth logo and banner: Use .png, .jpg, .jpeg file extensions. 2MB maximum. To learn more about recommended dimensions, refer to our guide on Image sizes, dimensions, and specs. To make sure your images look good across different screen sizes, keep the main content of your images center-aligned.

  • About (700 characters max): Short information about your company to make the booth more descriptive for the visitors.

  • Tags: Provide keywords for your Booth to help attendees to filter booths and navigate through the Expo area during the event.

  • Content Provider and a link to the content (required): You can embed a pre-recorded YouTube/Vimeo/Wistia video (the video must be Public and not Unlisted or Private), Google Slides presentation (the presentation must be published to the web) or convert your Booth into a live Session room. 

  • Social media links: Links to your Website, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram profiles.

  • Offer (60 characters max): Short promotional message displayed above the CTA button. It could be a discount, special access, coupon code, or anything. 

  • Button text (required / 26 characters max): CTA button text.

  • Button action (required): CTA button action.

    • Register interest sends a notification to the Exhibitor email every time an attendee clicks the CTA button.
    • Link to webpage redirects attendees to the website.
  • Apps: If the Organizer has enabled integrations such as Slido, Kahoot!, KUDO, etc. you will be able to set them up in your booth to create a more interactive experience for your visitors. Reach out to the Organizer for more information on available integrations.
