Use a desktop or laptop computer

Mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets or iPads are not recommended but, if you have to, use the RingCentral Events Mobile app with limited functionality.

Put on earphones or headphones

Use earphones or headphones so that other participants don't experience echo issues during a live session.

Use a fast internet connection

Move closer to your internet access point, use a wired connection (Ethernet) whenever possible, disable any VPN if you use it.

Close other applications and browsers tabs

Some applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite) or web pages (e.g. YouTube, Netflix) can decrease you device performance.

Close communications and messaging applications

Applications such as Skype, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Slack, etc. can interrupt your camera or microphone.

Get the best experience with Chrome and Firefox

We recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for the best RingCentral event experience.
