The RingCentral Events Free plan is great for Organizers who are looking to host small events such as meet ups, small webinars, personal events, or just looking to try out RingCentral Events. However, if you're looking into hosting a big event with data integrations, video recordings, and other advanced features, our paid plans would be a better fit.

Note: On a Free plan, you can only have a "Hidden" event, which is not searchable on any search engines. If you would to create a Public or Private event, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan.
