This guide covers everything you need to know about creating, building, and sharing a content hub page in RingCentral Events.
Important: Content hub functionality is currently in open beta.
What is a content hub?
A content hub is a customizable, branded web page designed to consolidate your content, without the need for developers or design teams. It’s ideal for post-event experiences, on-demand libraries, product announcements, or curated resource journeys.
Content hubs, built with an easy-to-use editor, combine text, video, images, CTAs, and other elements into dynamic, conversion-focused pages. You can gate content in multiple ways, allowing you to control when and how visitor data is captured.
These pages provide analytics to measure performance, helping you deliver personalized follow-ups based on viewer activity.
Creating a content hub
To create a content hub page:
- In your Organization Dashboard, go to the Content tab.
- Click + New or Create a hub.
✔ You will be redirected to the page builder where you can build your content hub.
Previously created pages are also listed in the Content tab. Each entry includes quick actions:
- Edit: Click the Pencil icon to open the page editor.
- Preview: Click the Preview icon to open the live page in a new browser tab.
- Share: Click the Share icon to copy the page link.
- Delete: Click the Menu icon and select Delete to remove the page.
Page builder overview
Once inside the builder, you’ll find a familiar drag-and-drop interface similar to the advanced layout used for landing pages. The builder is organized into several functional areas:
Page setup
- Go to the Page tab in the right-side menu to name your hub (for internal tracking), publish it, and manage access settings.
- Under Page setup, click Page Gating to select how to capture visitor details (name & email):
- Open Access: Content is freely accessible with no data capture.
- Immediate Gate: Visitors must enter their name and email when the page loads.
-
Content Triggered Gate: Information is requested only after users interact with the content (e.g., playing a video or clicking a CTA).
Page blocks
- Use the left-side menu to add new content blocks or replace existing ones. For example, go to Header to add a standalone navigation block and different header options.
- When no specific content block is selected on the workspace, go to the Page tab to see the list of added content blocks. Here you can reorder or delete them.
Workspace
- On your workspace, select a content block to duplicate, move it up or down, or delete. The right-side menu allows you to customize the content of each block, such as the CTA, logo, and image.
Tip: Undo an action by clicking the undo button at the top right or cmd+z/ctrl+z shortcut on your keyboard.
Device top toolbar
- At the top panel, switch between different device views to see how your event page will appear on a mobile device, a tablet, and a desktop.
