The new RingCentral Events pricing is based on the number of Organizer seats. Each plan includes unlimited registrations and attendees, so you can scale your events without additional costs. This guide outlines our plan options and available add-ons.
Available plans
We offer three annual subscription plans, each with a fixed fee per Organizer and access to core features, including Magic Link invites, email customization, advanced branding options, and robust analytics tools.
- Events Pro: allows you to host unlimited virtual events with core features and standard support.
- Events Pro+: includes everything in Pro, plus access to the App Store with 40+ integrations, onsite features, single sign-on (SSO), and a dedicated customer success manager (CSM).
- Events Enterprise: includes everything in Pro+, plus unlimited Lead Retrieval credits, API access, and assisted implementation & onboarding.

Advanced Support powers your event experience and includes:
- Attendee live chat: Attendees and Speakers can access live chat support in the event venue, similar to Organizers, to get instant help with their technical issues.
- Support beyond official hours: You can request additional support for events held outside of standard hours (Monday through Friday, 2 AM—8 PM ET) by filing a request with our Support team in advance.
- Ticket prioritization: Your support tickets will be prioritized in our Support queue, ensuring faster responses.

Can I pay monthly?
Yes. We offer both monthly and annual billing options, but all plans require an annual commitment.
How many Organizers can I have?
You can purchase as many Organizer seats as needed.
Can I reassign an Organizer seat to another team member?
Yes. You can remove a team member from your Organization to free up a seat and add a new user.
Can I add more seats to my plan later?
Absolutely! Contact our Sales team to add more Organizer seats to your plan. Costs will be prorated based on the remaining billing cycle.
If I have multiple Organizations, do I have to pay per Organizer per Organization?
Yes. If you and your team members need access to multiple Organizations, you will need to purchase separate seats per Organization.
