This is how you can see how many people are currently online and viewing different parts of your event.

The whole event

The people icon, located at the top of every page above the activity panel, will tell you the total amount of people currently online at the event. This people count will stay visible across the whole event venue.

Sessions and Expo Booths

One way you can discover how many people are viewing your Sessions and Expo Booths is by navigating to the People tab in the respective area. The People tab will allow you to see exactly who is viewing the Session. Additionally, it's a great way to connect with others. If you click on the listing, you will get an option to direct message, invite to a video call, or schedule a meeting if you wish so.

Note: This works in only Sessions and Expo Booths but not in the Stage area.

In Sessions and Expo Booths set as Session, you will also see the total number of viewers in the top right corner of the screen next to the eye icon.

Additionally, in the Sessions area, you can see how many people are viewing each of your Session rooms. There will be an eye icon at the bottom right of each Session listing.

Organizers can enable or disable the counters and attendee list by enabling/disabling the People Area in the Event Dashboard > Setup > Basics page and turning on Attendee Visibility in the Venue > Venue Controls page. See our guide Setting up Attendee controls and visibility for an event for more details.
