On RingCentral Events, attendees from around the globe can join your event from the comfort of their homes. With participants spanning various time zones, it's essential to ensure everyone can easily follow the schedule. Our platform handles this seamlessly by automatically adjusting event times based on each attendee's local time zone.
When setting up your event, be sure to select the correct time zone in your Event Dashboard > Setup > Basics under Timezone. On the same page, you can also change the event name, adjust the start and end date, manage event areas, and more.
Once configured, attendees will see all event segments scheduled in their local time zone, ensuring they can participate without any confusion.
Note: A user's local time zone is determined by the time zone configured in their browser or device.
