RingCentral Events is a platform where organizations and individuals can create and host their events. Event hosts take full responsibility of the event setup and own all the event data, including the event registrations. You may need to reach out to the organizer directly with the following questions:
- Refunds and invoices
- Registration details
- Access to the event virtual or onsite location
- Event content, certifications, credits, recordings, or other materials
- Rehearsal and test run (if you're a speaker or a moderator)
- General questions regarding the event.
This guide explains where to find the host information on the event landing page or how to contact the organizer within the event.
Event landing page
Event landing pages may have different designs. If the event you're attending has a landing page with a classic layout, look for the Hosted by section. The listed icons provide access to the organizer’s email address, website, and social media channels.
Alternatively, the event landing page may have a customized advanced layout. In this case, scroll through the page to see if the organizer has listed their contact information.
Tip: If no contact information is available on the event landing page, try searching for the event organizer's website online to find a contact form or contact details.
Within the event
You can also contact the organizers within the event venue during live hours:
In the Chat tab of the activity panel, organizers are easily identifiable as their messages are highlighted and have an Organizer tag next to their name.
In the People tab of the event-wide activity panel, you can view the list of all registrants. To find the organizers specifically, click the Filter icon and select the option to display only the organizers.
Click the organizer's name in the Chat or in the People tab to send them a private message or schedule a call.
