If you are in need of changing or cancelling your ticket, getting a refund, or need an invoice for your paid ticket, this can be done through the Event Organizer.
Only the Organizer of the event has direct access to cancel your ticket and process payment returns.

Once you have reached out to the Organizer, they should be able to respond with confirmation of your ticket being cancelled and the processing of a refund.
Please note that refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to be reflected in your bank account.
