RingCentral Events is a platform where organizations and individuals can create and host their events. Event hosts take full responsibility for the event setup and own all the event data, including the event registrations.
To change your ticket, cancel your registration, get a refund, or request an invoice for your paid ticket, you will need to contact the event organizer. They have direct access to your registration to cancel your ticket and process payment returns. They should also be able to send you the cancellation and refund confirmations.
Note: Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to be reflected in your bank account.
