There are occasions when the RingCentral Support Team requests more information to be able to troubleshoot connectivity issues to RingCentral events. For that reason you may be asked to run a Traceroute to help determine if you can connect to the Hopin website and/or if there are any issues or delays with your internet connection.

Since these steps are operating system-specific, make sure to apply the correct steps to for the system you are currently using.

Run a Traceroute on Windows

1. Press the 'Windows + R' keys on your keyboard to open the 'Run popup menu'.

2. Type 'cmd' (without quotes) and click 'OK'.
