This guide explains how to install the Snapbar app on your Organization account and add it to your event.
What is Snapbar?
Snapbar offers creative solutions for virtual events by providing virtual photo booths and modernizing traditional camera solutions such as corporate headshots. You’ll need a Snapbar license to use this app.
Important: Use this form to get a quote from Snapbar for using a photo booth in your RingCentral Events Organization. Ideally, allow for a 2-week notice.
How does the integration work?
Snapbar can be added to any Expo Booth in your event allowing attendees to engage in a photo booth without leaving the RingCentral Events platform.
Installing Snapbar
Once your Snapbar account is set up via this order form, reach out to our Sales team or your Customer Success Manager. They will be able to turn on the Snapbar integration for your RingCentral Events Organization on the backend.
Adding Snapbar to your event
To add a Snapbar photo booth to your event:
- Go to Event Dashboard > Venue > Expo Booth.
- Create a new Booth or edit an existing one. For detailed steps, refer to our Expo tutorial.
- In the Booth settings, under Content Provider, select Snapbar.
- Under Video ID, enter the Snapbar photobooth URL.
- Once ready, click Save.
Disconnecting Snapbar
To remove the Snapbar app, go to your Expo Booth setting and change the content provider. Alternatively, delete the associated Expo Booth. For detailed steps, refer to our Expo tutorial.
