This guide explains how to install the Typeform app on your Organization account and add it to your event for interactive polls, surveys, and forms.
What is Typeform?
Typeform is a popular tool for creating highly customizable and visually engaging forms, surveys, and quizzes. Its unique one-question-at-a-time format makes it more conversational and engaging for users. Typeform offers a free plan with limited functionality, while advanced features are available through a paid subscription.
How does the integration work?
Typeform can be embedded into the activity panel of a Stage, Session, or Expo Booth, enabling attendees to complete the form within RingCentral Events without leaving the platform.
Installing Typeform
To install the Typeform app on your Organization account:
- In your Organization Dashboard, go to the Apps tab.
- Click Discover more on App Store.
- In the App store, you can find Typeform under the Polls & surveys category.
- On the Typeform page, click Install app.
✔ You'll be prompted to confirm your choice. Click Install to continue.
Adding Typeform to your event

In a multi-track event, Typeform can be added to each Stage, Session and Expo Booth individually.
- In the Event Dashboard, navigate to your Reception settings or to the settings of the specific Stage, Session or Expo Booth to which you'd like to add the app.
- Scroll down to the Apps section.
- Under Typeform, enter the tab name (e.g. it can be Typeform or anything else).
- Enter the URL.
Note: Your Typeform URL can be copied from your Typeform account.
- Once ready, click Save.

In a Webinar event, there is a single activity panel due to the singular virtual space, either Stage or Session. To add Typeform to your Webinar event:
- Go to Event Dashboard > Setup > Basics.
- Scroll down to the Apps section.
- Under Slido, enter the tab name (e.g. it can be Typeform or anything else).
- Enter the URL.
Note: Your Typeform URL can be copied from your Typeform account.
- Once ready, click Save.
