Changing event banner

The event banner is displayed on the Landing page (classic layout), in the Reception area, and used as a background for the Stage of your event. You can replace the default image with your custom event banner anytime before or during the event.

Go to Event Dashboard > Setup > Branding. Under Banner, click Choose file to select a file from your desktop or drag the file into the box to upload it. Once uploaded, click Save at the bottom of the page.

We recommend uploading an image of 1500x600 pixels to get the best results. Refer to our guide on Image sizes, dimensions, and specs for more details.

Note: The uploaded image cannot be deleted. You will need to upload a new one to change it.
