Unlocking your RingCentral Events account

If you input your password incorrectly more than 5 times, your account will be locked and you will not be able to sign in. This guide explains how to unlock your account. 

To unlock your account:

  1. Go to your mailbox and look for an email with the subject Unlock Instruction. It is sent out automatically. Check your spam/junk folder in case you can't find it.
    Note: If you receive multiple RingCentral unlock emails, only use the most recent one.
  2. Click Unlock my account.
    ✔ You'll be redirected to a page where your account will be automatically unlocked.
  3. Alternatively, go to https://events.ringcentral.com/users/unlock and enter your code manually.
