If you purchased a paid ticket for an event, and wish to get the invoice or receipt, please contact the event organizer.
I'm an Event Organizer
With Stripe Direct organizers are able to create receipts and issue refunds to attendees from their Stripe account.
You can send an attendee a receipt of payment via your Stripe dashboard. To do this follow the steps below.
- Log in to your Stripe dashboard
- Go to 'Payments'
- Locate the payment you wish to issue a receipt for. Click the ••• icon to the right of the charge
- Click the 'Send Receipt' button
