To customize your event, you can replace the RingCentral Events logo displayed at the top left-hand corner of the platform with your own one.
Important: The option to change the event logo is not available on the legacy Starter plan.
Go to Event Dashboard > Setup > Branding. Under Logo, click Choose image. Select the image you would like to use. Once uploaded, click Save at the bottom of the page.
All images must be under 2MB in size and we recommend a 1:1 aspect ratio for your dimensions, such as 100 x 100px. Refer to our guide Image sizes, dimensions, and specs for more details.
Preview event to be able to see your new logo in place. If you already have the tab with your event venue open, refresh the page to see the changes.
