This guide explains how to replace the RingCentral Events logo with your custom logo for your event.
To upload a new event logo:
- Go to Event Dashboard > Setup > Branding.
- Under Logo, click Choose image.
- Select the image you would like to use.
Note: All images must be under 2MB in size, and we recommend a 1:1 aspect ratio for your dimensions, such as 100 x 100px. For more details, refer to our guide on Image sizes, dimensions, and specs.
- Once uploaded, click Save at the bottom of the page.
Preview the event to see your new logo displayed at the top left-hand corner of the event venue. If you already have the tab open, refresh the page to see the changes.
Note: The event logo is not used in the default event system emails. Default email templates include the Organization logo and the event banner.
