When sharing your entire screen, you may see the "infinite reflection effect" where your screen appears to be reflected endlessly. It's a common phenomenon with screen-sharing software.
To avoid the infinity effect when screen sharing:
- Don't share the entire screen: Select a browser tab or a window instead.
- Navigate away from the RingCentral Events video area: Focus on the content you’re sharing, and your audience will see only that content.
- Use two monitors: Share one screen while keeping your RingCentral video area on the other screen.
