I added sponsors but can't find them on the reception or landing page

When adding sponsors in Event Dashboard > Venue > Sponsors, you create a global list of sponsors. To display sponsors on the Landing and Reception pages, you need to add them to each page individually.

Note: If sponsors are added to the Reception page, they will only be displayed on the Reception page, not the Landing page, and vice versa.

Adding sponsors to the Reception page

  1. Go to Event Dashboard > Venue > Reception.
    (Or Event Dashboard > Setup > Reception if you're hosting a Webinar event).
  2. Under Sponsor area, click the Plus tile +.
  3. In the Import sponsors modal, click on the Plus icon + to select one of the existing sponsors.
  4. Click Create new sponsor to add new sponsors.
    • Fill out Sponsor name, Website (including the https://), and upload Logo Image (up to 2MB and 1000x400px).
    • Click Create sponsor
      ✔ The newly created sponsor will be added to the tier. 
  5. Drag and drop logos within and across the tiers to change their order. 
  6. To remove a sponsor, hover over the sponsor tile, click the Menu icon and select Remove.
  7. Click Save.

Adding sponsors to the Landing page: Classics layout

  1. Go to Event Dashboard > Registration > Landing Page.
  2. Make sure the Classic layout is selected. Under Classic, click Configure
  3. Under Sponsor area, click the Plus tile +.
  4. In the Import sponsors modal, click on the Plus icon + to select one of the existing sponsors.
  5. Click Create new sponsor to add new sponsors.
    • Fill out Sponsor name, Website (including the https://), and upload Logo Image (up to 2MB and 1000x400px).
    • Click Create sponsor
      ✔ The newly created sponsor will be added to the tier. 
  6. Drag and drop logos within and across the tiers to change their order. 
  7. To remove a sponsor, hover over the sponsor tile, click the Menu icon and select Remove.  
  8. Click Save.

Adding sponsors to the Landing page: Advanced layout

  1. Go to Event Dashboard > Registration > Landing Page.
  2. Make sure the Advanced layout is selected. Under Advanced, click Configure
  3. In the page editor, on the left side panel, click Sponsors. Hover over the block you'd like to add and click Add block.
    Optional: If your existing sponsors do not appear automatically, click on the sponsor block and click Import sponsors.
  4. Click on each sponsor to remove, move or duplicate them.
  5. Click Save.
