Deleting an event

There are various reasons why you may need to delete an event, such as it being a test event that is no longer needed or the cancellation of a primary event. This guide explains how to delete an event on RingCentral Events.

Important: It's not possible to delete an event with registered attendees. To proceed, you will have to manually remove registrants from the Event Dashboard > People > Registrants page first. To remove a registrant, you need to both block and refund them. For detailed steps, refer to our guide Removing, blocking and refunding registrants.

There are two ways you can delete your event:

  1. In your Organization Dashboard, hover over the chosen event and click the Bin icon.
    ✔ You will be prompted to confirm your choice. Click Delete Event to continue.


  2. In the Event Dashboard, click the Menu icon ••• next to your event name and select Delete Event.
    ✔ You will be prompted to confirm your choice. Click OK to continue.
