Changing host information for an event

Information added to your Organization profile is displayed on the Reception page, on the classic layout of the event landing page, and in the automated event emails. However, agencies hosting events for different customers or big corporations with different branches or brands may need to adjust this information for a specific event only. This guide explains how to change host information for an event.  

Important: This feature is only available by request to Agencies. For more details, contact your Customer Success manager. 

To change the host information displayed on your event landing page (classic layout) and in event emails:

  1. Go to the Event Dashboard > More > Host information.
  2. Fill in the new details.
    Note: When filling in the website and social media links, be sure to put in the URL with https:// to avoid errors.
  3. Click Save.
